Student Athletes and Parents

Currently, all required forms EXCEPT Physicals and Authorization forms are available for digital completion through DragonFly MAX. Physicals will still have to be completed, signed, dated, and stamped by an approved health care provider and turned into the athletic office. In a similar way, Authorization forms must be completed and notarized and turned in along with the physical. Physicals and authorization form may be uploaded to your DragonFly Max account, but you MUST turn in a hard copy of both forms to the athletic office in order to be able to participate in athletics.

Students who wish to participate in the various athletics offered at Newnan High School need to have the correct paperwork completed and turned in to the appropriate coach prior to any practice or tryout. Paperwork consists of: parent authorization, training room consent form, physical, heat warning, and concussion warning. Parents need to view the athletics warning film with their child before signing.
